A :   I would want to be a time traveler.

Alexandra approaches every client with an enthusiasm to create positive event experiences. She loves meeting new people from different parts of the world which is why her work has always been in the service industry – from a salon on Madison Avenue to fine dining in the French Quarter and finally boutique hotels in New Orleans. 

Q :   If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A :   I've always wanted to be able to fly - to visit all of my fabulous clients and friends!

Christy thrives on finding creative solutions for event details with sincere and efficient service to every client. Her hospitality journey began shortly after high school graduation moving though different facets of the industry, from food and beverage to large-scale convention operations bringing her skills to catering sales & convention services management. 

Q :   If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A :   Time travel of course - the ability to visit any day at any time.

Convention Services Manager

Erica loves seeing happy clients and her favorite part of the job is the day each group’s event comes together. Starting at the front desk and working her way through accounting and finance, she brings vast hospitality experience and knowledge helping clients create the best meeting and convention events. 

Q :   If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A :   It would have to be teleportation - making my job easier to check on clients and deleiver last minute requests. 

    

CHLOE MAHAFFEY

Sales Coordinator

Chloe began her adventure in hospitality as front desk agent at our hotel, advancing through multiple positions before landing her current role. She assists fellow sales team members so they can focus more on client interactions. Because interacting with different people is her favorite part of every day, Chloe looks forward to graduating with a Hospitality & Tourism degree to further advance her career doing what she loves.

Q :   If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A :   The ability to fly.

    

Dawn Droughn

Group Rooms Coordinator

Dawn centers her daily efforts on fulfilling requests and resolving challenges. Her take-charge attitude to see any situation to completion has been the foundation of her hospitality career, which began in 2001 as front desk agent. She has worked in multiple operations capacities and recently joined our sales and events team for a whole new challenge. 

Q :   If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
A :   It would have to be the ability to heal and take pain away - thus providing even bigger solutions to those around me.
