The Lofts building was built in 1907 and housed the Henderson Sugar Refinery for many years before becoming the contemporary hotel that it is today. Great question! The Lofts building operated as a sugar refinery in the early 1900’s. In keeping with the building’s history and architectural character, we’ve kept many of its original traits such as brick exposed walls and steel beams throughout the first floor.

We like to think our accommodations are rather spacious but you may want to consider reserving 2 suites. Our king suites can accommodate up to 4 guests while our double-queen suites can accommodate up to 6. We kindly ask that you leave the chinchilla at home.
